Cardio Fitness

Our adult fitness classes are perfect for adults to increase cardio for their health.  This is a perfect compliment to our Tai Chi classes.  So many people do not get everything they need from one exercise routine.  Cardio is an integral part of life that must not be skipped in a weekly routine.

HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Our HIIT trainer,  Chris Dorner, has been a fitness trainer for 20+ years here in NJ and PA. I met Chris many years ago doing a weight loss competition.  She was an incredible inspiration to me and my fellow competitors. Her reputation for being positive and motivating is 100% accurate. When I asked her to join our team she was excited to be a part of our school and get this program up and running.  We are so thrilled to have her on-board. 

This class is designed specifically for women from 18 and up.  We are accepting applications now for all fitness levels, beginners to advanced students will get a great workout.  Please send Sheri Beres an email with any questions you may have in reference to this class.
