HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Chris Dorner, has been a fitness trainer for 20+ years here in NJ and PA. She is an incredible inspiration to all of our students. Her reputation for being positive and motivating is 100% accurate. When I asked her to join our team she was excited to be a part of our school and get this program up and running. We are so thrilled to have her on-board. Chris is the head HIIT instructor for this program and is always challenging our students to bring out the best they can be.

Sifu Anthony Jackson is not only the owner he is the head instructor. One of the many classes he teaches are the HIIT classes on Wednesday evenings. He is an amazing motivator and keeps the momentum going for all of our students. Find out more here...
